CARDIO EQUIPMENT

Heart-pumping aerobic exercise is the kind that doctors have in mind when they recommend at least 150 minutes per week of moderate activity.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training (also known as resistance exercise) increases muscle strength by making muscles work against a weight or force. Resistance exercise is considered a form of anaerobic exercise.

FREE WEIGHTS

Free weights are a form of strength training that can be defined as resistance exercises provided by ‘free’ objects that aren’t attached to anything and that you can quite literally pick up and move. These include items such as medicine balls, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, resistance bands and sandbells.

GROUP FITNESS

Group fitness classes are fun and also make for a great way to bring people together. Whether you want to lose weight or learn new skills, the right classes help you achieve all your fitness goals. A fitness session with a squad is an ideal way to relinquish workday stress and improve your work-life balance.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional training is a type of exercise that looks like movements you make in your daily life. It can be helpful for athletic performance, injury prevention, and other everyday fitness tasks.

OLYMPIC LIFT PLATFORM

The professional way to do olympic lifts is standing on a wood platform. In the Olympic Games, they have a high quality platform set up where the entire top surface is wood. That’s rough on most wood. You won’t likely get away with that yourself long-term.

We have a personal trainer  who creates and delivers safe and effective exercise programs for healthy individuals and groups, or those with medical clearance to exercise. They motivate you by collaborating to set goals, providing meaningful feedback, and by being a reliable source for accountability.

TAPOUT 20

Tapout 20 can be done in a class or on your own. This unique format takes you through a dynamic, 20-minute circuit unlike anything you’ve experienced before. This non-intimidating, express workout is perfect for the beginner, intermediate and advanced participant, and will easily fit into any schedule.

Tapout Fit combines exciting striking combinations with functional body weight exercises in a high-intensity, circuit-training format. TAPOUT STRIKE

Tapout Strike was designed by our experts to teach you the signature striking combinations used by today’s world champions in a fun and friendly environment. Have a blast kicking, punching and sweating your way through countless rounds on our heavy bags, as our coaches lead you every step of the way.

TAPOUT SWEAT

Tapout Sweat is a highly addictive, results-driven workout combining kettlebells, battle ropes and the modern equipment used by today’s champions to get you in peak condition. Get in phenomenal shape and have fun while doing it.

TAPOUT STRONG

Tapout Strong is a 45 minute total body workout that involves striking on our innovative Focusmaster machines and strength building dumbbell exercises to deliver a fun, game-changing effective class every time you glove up.

TAPOUT FUSION

Tapout Fusion is the culmination of all Tapout Fitness has to offer. You will rotate through 3 mini areas that will provide you with an unbeatable 45 minute workout experience. From striking on our Focusmaster G-1000 machines and 100 lbs heavy bags to building strength and muscular endurance with the use of TRX, Airdyne Bikes, Dumbbells and Med Balls, encapsulating a true Tapout Fitness experience.

TAPOUT MARTIAL ARTS ADULTS

Designed by Greg Jackson, Tapout Martial Arts incorporates the techniques that the pros use and makes them accessible to everyone. You’ll not only train like a pro, but you’ll also benefit from the martial arts mind-body connection, the key to outstanding results.

TAPOUT MARTIAL ARTS KIDS

Adapted for children, Tapout Martial Arts teaches kids great life skills, including self-confidence, focus and self-defense, in a fun and engaging way.
